The Leadership Development Programme is the only programme in Aotearoa, New Zealand developed specifically for leaders in small to mid-sized kiwi owner-managed businesses who report directly to an owner or director, and want to expand their general business, leadership and management skills.

This programme allows you to take seven days away from the business over 3 months, so you can reflect, learn and implement. In a unique practical learning environment, you will:

3. Focus on what drives success in your role, your team and the business.
