Anyone can fall into unproductive work habits over a period of time. We drift into routines that are inefficient, become less and less organised, or experience deterioration in our work attitudes. Often, we slip into unproductive work habits without realising it. Over time, we become comfortable with these work habits, and it turns out to be difficult to break the patterns we have established.
By identifying our inefficiencies and committing to new work habits, we can become more productive and less stressed at work. We have a greater sense of achievement as we gain more control over our management of our time, our organising skills, and our attitudes. In this module, we examine ways that our work habits add to our level of stress, and how we can reduce worry and stress by changing our work habits.
