Garden Place Car Park The Garden Place Car Park is owned by the Hamilton City Council. Your first hour of parking is FREE with no spend or validation required and if you spend $10 or more in-centre, we can validate your ticket to give you a second hour free. On weekends, spend $10 in-centre and receive FREE PARKING all day when you validate your ticket at Customer Service.
