Trust can be heard to earn and easy to lose

Trust is at the heart of every good relationship; healthy workplaces create a foundation of trust. When work relationships are rooted in trust, companies see improved communication, greater innovation, and increased bottom-line results.  But when trust is broken, the work environment can become toxic. Research shows that employees who distrust their leaders are more likely to “quit and stay” or leave the organisation, report excessive stress and anxiety, and actively disengage. 

Our half-day Building Trust programme teaches participants about the behaviours that erode trust and those that build it so they can create more trustful relationships. Participants will be introduced to the Building Trust framework and learn a common language and tools to identify areas of high and low trust, and a three step process for restoring trust.
