Get ready for another Employment Law session of Lunch and Learn. This time DTI Director and Employment Law Specialist Jaime Lomas will be focusing on performance management.
For this session Jaime is going to be discussing managing poor performance and how to conduct a fair and reasonable process. She will also cover off some of the most common reasons for under performance and some tips for avoiding employee poor performance in your business. As always, Jaime will also be available to answer questions on this topic during the session.
