Ryan founded the Inspire group 14 years ago and has engaged with over one thousand local busines owners and executives since its beginning focussing on challenging customer service mindsets, human psychology and entrepreneurship.  With his wife Marie they run 4 businesses across the exterior cleaning and pest control industry, franchising, giftware and floristry both online and bricks and mortar.  He is a Hamilton City Councillor and Chair of the Economic Development Committee and Deputy Chair of the Strategic Growth Committee.  He also Chairs the Hamilton Christian Night Shelter Trust and has been a Trustee since 2016.  Last year he became a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, was a judge for Waikato Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards and served on Soda’s ‘Dragons Den.’ His greatest challenge is his three teenagers.
