With extensive international experience gained over 20 years in some of the world?s largest and most successful commercial Real Estate companies (including roles as CEO for both Knight Frank and LJ Hooker Commercial), Aaron has developed into an award-winning entrepreneur and company investor.
Since 2005, Aaron has played the lead role in driving the growth of LINK and has turned what was once a boutique NZ business brokerage into an international franchise, with over 300 brokers in five countries in less than 10 years. A proven board executive and manager he has extensive experience in frontline leadership of sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, customer services and finance teams. He has been a franchisee, franchisor and salesperson, providing an unparalleled understanding of the needs of both businesses and clients, from the ground up. He is deeply passionate about LINK and the culture of integrity that he has built, but has always maintained a keen focus on results.
