Description
How does CadetMax work?
Young people are interviewed and selected to attend CadetMax.
They attend a rigorous work readiness Induction programme to develop confidence, understand workplace norms and behaviours, career advice and a job search toolkit.
Chamber screen and match these young people into full time (30 hours +) job opportunities.
Young person and employer receive mentoring support from us for the first six months in employment, we work together to ensure success.
What can you do?
If you have a job vacancy suitable for a career starter or are interested in hearing more about CadetMax, we would love to invite you to attend our Networking function on 4 June at 10.30am to causally meet the job seekers at The Link
FLEXI-WAGE is available for all cadets! This is up to $9,800 wage subsidy for the initial 6 months of employment, per cadet!
