DESCRIPTION:How does CadetMax work?\n\n\n\nYoung people are interviewed and selected to attend CadetMax.\n\n \n\nThey attend a rigorous work readiness Induction programme to develop confidence\, understand workplace norms and behaviours\, career advice and a job search toolkit.\n\n \n\nChamber screen and match these young people into full time (30 hours +) job opportunities.\n\n \n\nYoung person and employer receive mentoring support from us for the first six months in employment\, we work together to ensure success.\n\n\n\nWhat can you do?\n\n\n\nIf you have a job vacancy suitable for a career starter or are interested in hearing more about CadetMax\, we would love to invite you to attend our Networking function on 4 June at 10.30am to causally meet the job seekers at The Link\n\n \n\nFLEXI-WAGE is available for all cadets!
