YWCA is a global movement working for women’s empowerment, leadership and rights. The YWCA of Hamilton is a not-for-profit organization that has a vision of every woman in Waikato being supported to achieve success, whatever success looks like for her. We work towards a future where everyone has the same opportunities in life regardless of their gender. With our GenderTick™ programme we enable organisations to become safe and equal spaces for women. We amplify the voices of young women through initiatives like the Y25 List that features 25 incredible young women, aged 25 years or younger, who are future leaders in their fields.
