Stratus Inc was founded in the central North Island area to help support clients navigate the complexities of large corporate property portfolios.
With his long established connections in the Waikato area as a builder, a co- owner in his family owned renovations company, as well as a professional rugby player for the Hurricanes, Fraser saw an opportunity in a niche market to help make a difference in the lives of hard working New Zealanders who need a pragmatic approach to facility management and maintenance.
