Steve and Lee Roper are the locally owned and operated team behind Refresh Renovations® Waikato, proudly based at 25/20 Clyde Street, Hamilton East, Hamilton, and servicing homeowners throughout Hamilton and the wider Waikato region.

As long-standing Waikato locals with more than 20 years of personal property investment experience, Steve and Lee understand the value of thoughtful design, quality workmanship, and well-planned renovations. Having built, renovated, improved, and managed their own property portfolio, they bring genuine hands-on knowledge and a refined appreciation for creating homes that are both beautiful and functional.

For the past 12 years, Steve and Lee have operated their Refresh Renovations® Waikato franchise, helping hundreds of clients transform their homes through a premium, end-to-end renovation experience. Their approach is centred on trust, clear communication, careful planning, and professional project management from initial concept through to design, pricing, construction, and completion.

The strength of their team is reflected in its award-winning performance. Project Manager Polly Mangan was recognised as Project Manager of the Year in 2025, while the Waikato office was awarded Collaborator of the Year in both 2023 and 2024.
