Rob Bull

Ever since I started my career as an Occupational Therapist I was passionate about continuous improvement & excellence. When I started to lead teams I would get a big kick watching team members excel, coming to a job that they love, being part of a larger purpose & being better people.

Enabling people, teams & organisations to begin a journey of excellence is my passion. Watching teams to go places where they never thought possible. I look back to success with SMEs and large complex organisations with pride, but none of that matters if I'm not successful in the next job.

I use Lean Thinking to enable organisational excellence, productivity and more profits. Enabling businesses get better at getting better. With passion comes success including national awards for innovation.
