At Nourished by Trio, our daily motivation comes from the joy our food brings to people—whether through our bespoke event catering, interactive cook challenges, or our nourishing weekly meal deliveries. Every dish and event is crafted with the intent to create memorable experiences that resonate well beyond the palate. Alisha's passion for planning and executing significant events, particularly weddings, fuels our creativity and drive. Looking forward, we aim to expand our reach, envisioning a new venue in Hamilton and an outdoor area for intimate cook challenges and wine tastings, bringing people together in new and exciting ways.
