About Us

I help to create the conditions that improve outcomes through addressing root causes of problems, rather than focusing on solving problems that are merely symptoms of earlier poor design. This is business transformation, not business band-aids.
This work is focused on understanding what businesses owners want, what they are trying to achieve, what is getting in the way, and then co-designing a strategy and implementation plan that works with business owners to deliver the results they desire. This may include more sales and profit, more time, better leadership, more engaged teams, or be preparation for succession or exit via sale.
