Description
Waikato Chamber and Raglan Business Chamber are coming together again to deliver an event to upskill you and your business!
This session, delivered by the New Zealand Lean Academy, will introduce the basics of continuous improvement through better team engagement.
Participants will learn to 'see' continuous improvement, prioritise ideas from the small quick wins through to strategic based improvements.
Case examples will be used to share the impact of people based improvements. There will be an opportunity to plan your own potential business improvements (worksheets provided), creating accountability that will occur after the session has finished.
Attendees will also have the chance to download resources they can take back to their businesses.
A cash bar will be available.
