Melanie Boudet Hearn CA, CMInstD - Senior Manager Credit Portfolio at Westpac New Zealand
Melanie is an accomplished finance and technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Melanie previously co-founded and led Soteria NZ as CEO, focusing on fintech solutions for capital access. Additional experience includes directorship roles at ProjectWorks, OpsCentral, Provoke Solutions, and SuiteFiles. With a solid educational foundation, including Chartered Accountancy and a dual degree in Law and Commerce, Melanie has demonstrated expertise in strategic growth, business transformation, and operational management across various sectors.
Dylan Shell - Partner, Private Enterprise at KPMG
Dylan has 20 years of accounting experience;14 of which have been with KPMG and 6 with a large multinational manufacturing and sales organisation. Dylan works with clients across several industries with Strategy, Risk Management, Corporate Accounts Finance, Process Engineering, Business Process Improvement, Change Management, and assisting clients in a virtual Chief Financial Officer capacity. He is passionate about business partnering with his clients to soundboard their business ideas and surpass their financial, business and personal goals whilst challenging clients to think outside the box.
Keith McLaughlin - Managing Director at Centrix
Keith McLaughlin has built a career in finance. During his 30 years’ as managing director of Baycorp Holdings Ltd, Keith oversaw significant expansion of the business throughout the 90’s and early 2000’s – including the successful expansion into Australia in 1998.
After building Baycorp and spending some well-deserved time overseas, Keith returned to begin Centrix – New Zealand’s credit bureau. Since 2009, he has built a team to provide credit information to consumers and businesses alike to better inform credit decisions.
