Join our MC, Senga Allen, Founder and Managing Director of Everest People, Panelists, Reuben Tucker, General Manager of Institutional and Business Banking, Rachel Karalus, Chief Executive, K'aute Pasifika Trust and Vanessa Richmond, General Manager, Philips Search and Rescue Trust, to learn more about this important topic.

Speaker Bios:
Senga is the Founder and Managing Director of Everest all about People and has worked in the people and culture industry for nearly 30 years. Senga is a 'people connector' and a staunch advocate of The Mighty Waikato.
Reuben is the General Manager of Institutional & Business Banking and the Executive Sponsor of Women of Westpac. He oversees Westpac New Zealand's business banking sector incorporating Institutional; Corporate and Commercial; Agribusiness; and Small Business.
Rachel - (third photo) Leaupepe Rachel Karalus is the Chief Executive of K'aute Pasifika Trust. K'aute Pasifika Trust is a charitable trust providing health, social, education and other wellbeing services to people from all backgrounds using Pacific models of care. Rachel is of Samoan descent with aiga connecting to Fasito'outa, Safotu, Luatuanu'u and Salelologa.
Vanessa (fourth photo) is the Group Manager of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications for Philips Search and Rescue Trust. Vanessa studied at the University of Waikato before moving to the UK for seven years. Vanessa is a mum to the very busy 5-year-old Vann, an animal lover and country bumpkin who loves spending time at home in Ngahinapouri away from the hustle.
