Description

The Waikato Chamber of Commerce invites all paid members to attend a Special General Meeting (SGM) to consider and approve the adoption of the updated Constitution.
 
This updated Constitution has been prepared to ensure the Chamber complies with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. The proposed changes address the new legal obligations and governance standards under the Act, with the aim of strengthening transparency, accountability, and good governance. Approval of this Constitution will enable the Chamber to continue representing, supporting, and serving its members effectively.

The SGM will commence at 5.15pm, and all paid members are encouraged to attend.
