The Board warmly invites all members to join us for the Waikato Chamber of Commerce 2026 Annual General Meeting.
The AGM is an opportunity to connect with fellow members, the Board and Chamber team, reflect on the achievements of the past 12 months, and hear about the Chamber’s priorities for the year ahead.
We are pleased to welcome Steven Joyce as our keynote speaker. Steven will deliver a 20-minute address, followed by a Q&A session, providing an opportunity to hear his insights and perspectives on the issues shaping New Zealand’s business and economic environment.
While the AGM will cover the required formalities, it is also a valuable opportunity to network, engage with fellow members and connect with others across our business community.
Attendance is free, and all members are encouraged to attend.
The results of the voting for the Board will be announced at the AGM. We have contracted electionz.com, an independent election management company, to manage our 2026 Board election. Voting opens Monday 12th October, 9.00 am and closes Friday 23rd October, 5.00 pm.

The AGM documents will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the meeting.
