Lisbeth Jacobs
Lisbeth Jacobs joined Gallagher in April 2021 from Fletcher Building, bringing extensive experience from roles at Uniservices, The Icehouse, and Bekaert across Europe, China, the Middle East, and North America.
She leads Gallagher’s Animal Management business, focusing on innovative and sustainable farming solutions and global market expansion. Named Waikato CEO of the Year, Lisbeth also serves as an independent director of BRANZ and Goodnature Ltd.
Lisbeth holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Auckland, a Master of Engineering from KULeuven, and completed the General Management Programme at CEDEP-INSEAD. She has been the Honorary Consul of Belgium in New Zealand since 2013. Lisbeth was named CEO of the year at the 2023 Waikato Business Awards.
Fiona Michel
Fiona is the Chief Executive of Braemar Hospital, a not-for-profit private surgical hospital in Hamilton, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, and is a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors. Fiona’s life and career to date has focused on how to help people be in-flow, so they can find and fulfil their purpose – and, at work, deliver great or greater performance. She has strong opinions, loosely held – loves a good debate and anything that results in an ah-ha moment. Fiona is a novice permaculturalist and describes herself as intelligently disobedient.
Jon Calder
Jon is the Chief Executive of Tompkins Wake, leading the firm's transformation and expansion since 2016. Under his leadership, the firm has been named New Zealand Mid-size Law Firm of the Year three times from 2019 to 2021. Jon was recognised as Chief Executive of the Year at the 2018 Westpac Waikato Business Awards and has won Managing Partner of the Year at the NZ Law Awards in 2019 and 2020. With a background in senior roles at Air New Zealand and Infratil, Jon brings extensive experience in strategy, performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
