Description
In his book 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People', Stephen Covey coined the phrase "begin with the end in mind".
Unfortunately, when starting or buying a business, owners can become so consumed with the day-to-day demands of running it that they have little time to step back, plan the journey and consider their eventual exit strategy.
In this Midday Masterclass session facilitated by Tom Rodden from Peak Coaching, you'll learn:
2. Why simply increasing revenue is not necessarily building value in a business.
3. How to identify your strengths as a leader and areas for improvement.
4. Why the exit process can be challenging to navigate.
5. Why building a business of scale is more likely to deliver greater value.
6. The options available to exit your business, preferably on your terms.
Whether you're considering selling, planning for succession or simply wanting to build a stronger, more valuable business, this session will help you take a more strategic approach to your business journey and future opportunities.
