This kaupapa includes:

• 1-on-1 online sessions starting late August 2025
• Five in-person group sessions at Pukenga Rau, Tokoroa (Sept-Nov)
• Topics include: antifragility, decision-making, feedback models, team culture, conflict resolution, and more
• Light lunch provided at each session
