Everyone says they want more feedback in the workplace, until it is uncomfortable, or you are the one who has to give it.
Join Everest People's People & Culture Specialist Meredith MacKenzie and Trainer Jo Stuart who will discuss:

• Strategies for gathering feedback effectively and maximising its value
• Techniques for preparing and delivering constructive feedback
• Knowing what you can say to avoid legal risk
