Description
Join Ruth Taylor, from community based organisation, PressGo to learn tips and strategies to help support yourself and team members who are returning to the workplace and how to have a conversation about mental health and wellbeing.
Returning to the workplace after so much uncertainty affects everyone differently. Some are looking forward to connecting with colleagues again and separating work from home life, while others may be experiencing anxiety and are more hesitant due to a variety of reasons.
If you’re worried about returning to your workplace, it makes perfect sense that you feel that way and you are not alone. There are things that you can do to help yourself manage the stress of it and communication with your manager may help ease some of your worries. If you’re a manager, you might be wondering what you can do to support your employees who are returning to the workplace. You may be feeling anxious about getting things right and want to plan to support them. Employees that have good wellbeing are more productive.
Uncertainty and change can often lead to anxiety. But how we react to it is key. With the right planning and approach, change can be an exciting time and an opportunity to improve things.
