A workshop all about Lean Management.
Lean is a way of thinking, a set of principles that, when understood and applied, can lead to significantly improved business outcomes.
The Lean workshop is a fun, practical activity to further understand the principles. Participants will be able to discuss and explore the concepts relative to their own businesses.
