Jon Holmes leads KPMG’s Private Enterprise division and is a member of the KPMG New Zealand Executive Committee. With over 30 years at KPMG, Jon brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership and deep experience working with privately owned businesses. His role includes shaping how KPMG responds to evolving client needs, market trends, and the changing business environment, giving him a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing New Zealand business leaders.

Dylan Shell is a Partner in the KPMG Hamilton Enterprise team with 21 years of accounting experience, including 15 years at KPMG and six years in a large multinational organisation. Dylan has undertaken several CFO capacity roles within commercial and government organisations. He brings strong governance and board level experience, supporting Directors through clear financial oversight, risk management, and assurance. Dylan works across a range of industries and is passionate about helping boards make informed, well governed financial decisions that support sustainable outcomes.
