Parking: Parking available on Grey street or the Cook Street carpark.
If using the Cook Street carpark. Register your vehicle at the machines in the carpark or inside the building which will ensure 90 min free parking.

Join us for the April 2024 Inspire - Revitalising Hamilton Through Spatial Design
Meet the businessmen who are on a mission to revitalise Hamilton by creating functional, well-designed and useable spaces that inspire people and productivity and facilitate a sense of community.
Matt Stark from Stark Property and Alexander Wastney from Daymark and Designwell will discuss their vision for creating exceptional spaces in Hamilton, including Stark Property's latest development in Hamilton East, MADE. They will also share their expertise on the future of workspaces and using design thinking to create a productive and efficient space.
Matt Stark – Stark Property
Having lived most of his life in Hamilton and a builder by trade, Matt is passionate about the city and revitalising the CBD. Always with people in mind and an appetite for excellence, Matt is driven to create functional, well-designed and useable spaces that inspire people and productivity and facilitate a sense of community. His vision and creativity combined with sharp focus drives Stark Property in forward-thinking and innovative ways.
Alexander Wastney - Daymark & Designwell
Alexander (Zander) is the founder of Daymark and Designwell. Alexander has a passion for the intersection of business and design and loves helping businesses small and large to innovate using design strategy. He’s designed medical equipment, furniture, sports equipment, consumer electronics, aircraft interiors and numerous commercial interiors. Alexander has an endless curiosity for materiality and manufacturing and a passion for using the design process to add value to our lives.
