About Sir Graham Henry

Sir Graham Henry is,best known for coaching the All Blacks to Rugby World Cup victory in 2011 and earning a record five IRB Coach of the Year awards. Widely regarded as one of the most successful rugby coaches of all time, he led the All Blacks to 88 wins from 103 Tests and was inducted into the World Rugby Hall of Fame in 2019. Beyond international rugby success with teams including Auckland, the Blues, Wales and the British & Irish Lions, Sir Graham has built a distinguished career in education and leadership. Today, he works with leading New Zealand organisations on high performance, team culture and leadership development, bringing insights that resonate strongly across both business and sport.
