Join us for another Inspire, this time with Rhys Harvey, Development Director at Fosters.
Having spent much of his career overseas in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, as a consultant to multinational organisations in relation to their property portfolios, most recently as Managing Director of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business. Rhys has recently returned to New Zealand and joined the team at Fosters as Development Director.
During his 20-year career in the commercial property sector he has managed a numerous complex real estate transaction across the world, representing a number of high profile clients in a range of sectors including financial services, technology, utilities, professional services and tele-communications. This gives him a unique vantage point into what our ultimate customer - the end user, requires from the real estate they live, work, shop and are entertained in.
