Implementing Business Excellence - Doing the basics boringly well

Description

Working harder with limited resources just to keep up with the competition is not a sustainable strategy.  This workshop, you will get a snapshot of where your business aligns with Business Excellence and what you can do as a business leader to maximise the resources you have. Influenced by Lean Thinking, participants will identify 1-2 areas they can improve in their business, create a plan on how this can be implemented and experience tools that will help them stay on track. It is a practically focused workshop designed to allow participants to discuss challenges and identify solutions that will work for them.

About Rob:
Rob has been working for nearly a decade helping teams create a culture of Lean and Business Excellence across New Zealand.  He enjoys taking a non-traditional route to helping teams achieve their goals.  This may be because he didn't start his working life in manufacturing but the world of healthcare.

Rob is highly allergic to statements like 'We have always done it like that' or 'that will never work here'.  Instead, he takes these challenges in his stride, adding the enthusiasm of a passionate Chiefs supporter so he can get the best out of the businesses he works with.
