Brittanie Madley – The Gratitude Habit
Brittanie is the co-founder and driving force behind The Gratitude Habit, an organisation dedicated to improving mental well-being through gratitude and mind management. With a background in communication, marketing, and sales, she combines her curiosity about human behavior with a passion for transformation, empowering individuals and teams to build habits that enhance resilience and quality of life.
Her personal mental health journey led her to discover the power of gratitude, inspiring her to co-create The Gratitude Habit with her business partners Jessica Frost and Amy Spitzer. Together, they provide practical tools for fostering positivity and growth. Known for her relatable style and ability to inspire breakthroughs, Brittanie is committed to transforming New Zealand’s mental health landscape through gratitude.
Eske Dost – Wellness Consultant
Eske has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, excelling as an athlete and coach in boxing, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit. A former Sport Nutritionist for elite teams like the WRU, Chiefs rugby, and NZ Rowing, she also ran a successful clinic in Hamilton before establishing and leading a gym and PT studio in the Netherlands.
Now back in the Waikato, Eske is a Level 3 NZSCA Practitioner, coach, Strength & Conditioning trainer, wellness consultant, and public speaker. Passionate about inspiring healthier lives, she is dedicated to helping others achieve lasting health and happiness at every stage of life.
Daz Burns – The Good Day Matrix
Daz is a mother of three, Director of Burns Construction, and Founder of The Good Day Matrix. With a decade of experience in performance sport, she has managed top teams, including the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic, New Zealand Secondary Schools Netball, and WaiBOP National League Netball teams.
A Tech Founder, children's book author, teacher, and Soda Inc. Programme graduate, Daz has also served on the Microsoft Small to Medium Business Council. She holds a Bachelor of Teaching and a Diploma of Sport in Recreation, with over 10 years’ experience managing Early Childhood Education Centres.
Driven by a mission to advocate, innovate, and challenge norms in leadership and wellbeing, Daz’s entrepreneurial journey has been remarkably diverse—starting an exercise community in her garage, developing a world-first technology, and connecting with global leaders like the Founder of Netflix.
