Description
Join us for an exclusive ChamberWorks event bringing together business leaders, government, and workforce partners to explore how we can better connect employers with talent, strengthen regional capability, and support sustainable growth across the Waikato.
This session will feature key insights from Hon Louise Upston, Minister for Social Development and Employment, alongside Tracey Smith, Regional Commissioner, Ministry of Social Development. Together, they will share updates on national and regional workforce initiatives, including the ChamberWorks programme and how it is helping businesses access pre-screened, work-ready candidates.
ChamberWorks is a free national initiative delivered in partnership with the New Zealand Chambers of Commerce and the Ministry of Social Development, designed to help employers hire faster, reduce recruitment pressure, and build stronger teams.
