Claudelands Conference & Exhibition Centre is a state-of-the-art venue in the heart of Hamilton Kirikiriroa.Ideal for conferences, trade shows, meetings, functions and more, its flexible spaces can create memorable moments for your guests. Capable of hosting more than 1200 delegates, Claudelands is complemented by over 10,000m2 of exhibition space and a 6000-capacity auditorium ideal for large plenary sessions and seated banquets. With quality catering, on-site, audio/visual services, a dedicated team of specialists and free on-site parking we have everything you need for a successful event. Set on 34 hectares of parkland, its distinctive design mirrors the area's exceptional blend of cultural and ecological elements.
Venue Capacity
Claudelands’ linked rooms and spaces can be expanded, reduced or used in combinations – meaning spaces can be tailored to suit exact requirements. The conference centre is capable of hosting 1,200 or more delegates, with GLOBOX Arena, Claudelands capable of hosting 3,000+ cocktail style. Claudelands offers 11 breakout spaces, on-site audio-visual services, ultra-fast fibre optics, award-winning catering and complimentary delegate parking. The main conference space, the Heaphy Room, can seat 900, with the option of dividing the room into three separate spaces. Standing alongside the conference centre is a further 10,000sqm of integrated indoor/ outdoor exhibition space – ideal for conferences with an exhibition component.
