In 2023 she wrote a book "Smashed Avo to Smashed Goals" which supports first time purchasers to learn about the process of buying.\n\n\n\nClaire is known for her ability to build and maintain strong relationships\, quickly move projects forward\, and tailor advice-based solutions for clients to promote long term success.\n\nShe also runs a small retail business Velma & Beverley\, holds a board role with Rural Women New Zealand\, hosts the "Waikato Chamber Inspire" series\, and is sought out for mentorship\, business advisory and speaking opportunities.\n\n \n\nAbout Tyla: \n\nTyla is an Associate in the commercial\, property and private client team at DTI Lawyers\, and brings experience across a broad range of matters such as relationship property\, property sharing agreements\, business sales and purchases\, property transactions and conveyancing\, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts\, refinancing and leases.
