Try our new two-round 'half marathon' option\, that's 36 holes.\n\nYou choose the day\, the course\, and the team - or play solo if you prefer. The longest day of the year is Friday 22 December 2023\, but you can play any day in December or January that suits you.\n\nYou don't have to be a golf pro. The Longest Day Golf Challenge is for everyone who loves a day on the green. Players usually tee off at sunrise and play through to sunset\, making the most of the daylight on the longest days of the year.\n\nReady to put yourself to the test for a great cause?\n\n \n\n\n\nThe difference you'll make\n\nEvery day 71 New Zealanders are diagnosed with cancer\, but it's with your support that we can make a real difference. 100% of the funds you raise go directly to continuing Cancer Society Waikato/Bay of Plenty services.

LOCATION:We've partnered with a few generous clubs to offer our fundraisers a few extra perks\, although most golf clubs welcome visitors to play their courses too. Don't forget to book directly with the club and mention you're participating in The Longest Day Golf Challenge for the Cancer Society.
