Longveld serves customers throughout New Zealand and beyond while staying strongly connected to the Waikato community it comes from and is now developing the second generation of family leadership. Pam's own background is in chemical technology and dairy science and was named CEO of the Year\, and Longveld won the People & Culture Award\, in the 2024 Waikato Business Awards.\n\n\n\nAndrew Clements is a recognised leader in private wealth\, family succession design\, and planning. As Director of Grayson Clements\, he advises business families\, business owners\, farmers and high-net-worth individuals on protecting\, growing and transferring wealth across generations. Andrew is known for his values-based approach to succession\, helping families navigate complex issues such as trusts\, governance\, estate planning\, family businesses and intergenerational wealth transfers.
