DESCRIPTION:Sponsored by Everest People\n\n	Would you like the skills to become a leader within your organisation?\n	Have you got someone in your team who would benefit from upskilling to be a mentor\, leader\, or coach?\n	Do you have supportive leader roles (2IC /team leader/supervisor) who need to develop their skills and knowledge?\n\n\nThis programme of six half-day module offers developing or new leaders a structured programme of learning. Each module introduces business and leadership topics\, building on each module to enhance communication and leadership\, the programme is connected to strengths and development opportunities.
