DESCRIPTION:Get ready for another Employment Law session of Lunch and Learn. DTI Director and Employment Law Specialist\, Jaime Lomas will be focusing on business restructures and running through some of the tips and traps that all employers contemplating a restructure should be aware of. There are two key legal elements of any restructure\, a fair process and genuine business reasons. Jaime will run through both elements and will also cover what legal obligations employers must meet when restructuring a business.\n\n\n\nHave any burning questions?
