DESCRIPTION:How does CadetMax work?\n\n\n\nYoung people are interviewed and selected to attend CadetMax.\n\n \n\nThey attend a rigorous work readiness Induction programme to develop confidence\, understand workplace norms and behaviours\, career advice and a job search toolkit.\n\n \n\nThe Chamber screens and matches these young people into full time (30 hours +) job opportunities.\n\n \n\nYoung person and employer receive mentoring support from us for the first six months in employment\, we work together to ensure success.\n\n\n\nWhat can you do?\n\n\n\nIf you have a job vacancy suitable for a career starter or are interested in hearing more about CadetMax\, we would love to invite you to attend our Networking function on 23 April at 10.30am to causally meet the job seekers at The Link\n\n \n\nFLEXI-WAGE is available for all cadets!
