DESCRIPTION:Join us for the July BA4 with The Cancer Society!\n\n\n\nThe Cancer Society Waikato/Bay of Plenty provides vital help for people affected by cancer when they need it most.\n\n\n\nWe support people with cancer and their wh nau through their cancer diagnosis and treatment\, providing free services to help reduce the impact of their cancer.\n\n\n\nThis includes accommodation at the Cancer Society's Lions Lodge close to Waikato Hospital. The Lodge is a "home away from home" that provides meals\, a regular shuttle to and from the hospital\, and the benefit of connecting with others on a similar journey.\n\n\n\nWe also provide transport to medical appointments\, therapeutic massage\, access to counselling and the support of an experienced nurse. \n\n\n\nWith 74 New Zealanders diagnosed every day and cancer rates set to double by 2040\, cancer affects the whole community. The Cancer Society is not directly government-funded and relies on support from the community to provide these services. \n\n\n\nMore information on what we do can be found on our website: www.cancer.org.nz\n\nRemember your business card to enter the giveaway prize draw to be in to win a Mazda CX-60 Homura for a weekend thanks to Fairview Mazda! \n\n \n\nTerms and conditions: The vehicle needs to be booked at least 7 days in advance and the prize must be claimed within a month of the draw.
